Hi, I’m Callie Claire O’Shaughnessy —

a certified coach passionate about helping high performers recover with intention, move with purpose, and live with clarity.


I specialize in exercise recovery, sleep optimization, and stress management, offering a holistic approach that integrates movement, mindset, and lifestyle. My coaching is built on the belief that recovery isn’t a luxury—it’s a necessity for sustainable performance, mental sharpness, and overall well-being.


With certifications in personal training (CPT) and nutrition coaching (CNC), I blend evidence-based strategies with personalized support to help you build better habits, prevent burnout, and feel good in your body again.
