Participation in coaching or programs is voluntary and at your own risk.


2. No Medical Relationship

The Company is not acting as a physician, therapist, psychologist, registered dietitian, or other licensed medical professional unless explicitly stated.

Services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition.

You should consult your healthcare provider before beginning any fitness, nutrition, supplementation, or wellness program.

All materials provided through Recover With Callie — including PDFs, guides, trackers, workout plans, meal plans, educational resources, videos, branding, graphics, and written content — are protected intellectual property.

7. Coaching Communication Boundaries

Coaching communication may occur through:

Response times are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated within a coaching agreement.

Emergency support is not provided.

8. Scheduling & Cancellations

Coaching sessions may require advance scheduling.

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • 24-hour notice is requested for cancellations or rescheduling 
  • Missed sessions may be forfeited 
  • Repeated no-shows may result in termination of coaching services

No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be issued once access or delivery has been provided.


2. Coaching Services

Payment for coaching services reserves time, planning, and support.

Refund eligibility may vary depending on the service provided.


Non-Refundable Services

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Completed coaching sessions 
  • Customized plans

  • Nutrition plans 
  • Recovery plans 
  • Sleep/stress assessments

3. Package Cancellations

For coaching packages or memberships:

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing 
  • Future unused sessions may be eligible for partial credit at the Company’s discretion 
  • No refunds are guaranteed for partially completed packages 


4. Subscription or Membership Services

If recurring memberships are offered:

  • Clients may cancel before the next billing cycle 
  • No prorated refunds are guaranteed after payment processes 
  • Access may continue through the remainder of the paid billing period 


5. Missed Appointments

Missed appointments or late cancellations may not qualify for refunds or rescheduling.

Please provide at least 24 hours notice whenever possible.


6. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests due to medical emergencies or extraordinary circumstances may be reviewed individually at the Company’s discretion.


7. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting the Company to resolve concerns may result in:
